    Later, Li Jianhe and Zhang Xue respectively made inauguration speeches on behalf of the newly appointed personnel. They said that in their new positions, they will stay true to their original aspirations, keep their missions in mind, perform their duties, obey arrangements, practice honestly, and closely focus on the company's strategy and requirement,  self-improvement, work hard to improve company’s quality and benefits and realize company’s formation and upgrading and high-quality development.
 
 
    New personnel assignments, bring fresh blood for the company leadership and new driving force for steady development for the company. President Zhang asked the newly appointed personnel to bear in mind the ten requirements for high-caliber cadres, continue to reflect on themselves, have a big-picture thinking, innovate and seek change, and embrace responsibility with passion.
