On January 30th, 2021, 2020 year-end marketing summit of EA was successfully held in business center in Shunping County, Baoding City.
In consideration of pandemic prevention and control situation and requirement, the summit was held in the form of video and the themed “focus, intensive cultivation, break and win-win”. Zhang Dehui, chairman of EA, vice president Liu Wei and Yao Binfeng and general managers, marketing and technical directors of other divisions attended this summit.
The 2020 year-end marketing summit aimed to do an overall summary and review about marketing work of 2020 as well as give a right direction and build a strong foundation for marketing job of 2021. Although the outbreak of COVID-19 brought negative effects, every division seized opportunity and made remarkable achievement.
At the beginning, the marketing teams of EA subsidiaries and sales colleagues far away in foreign countries expressed their expectations for the New Year in the form of videos. Then the company's marketing center director displayed the annual performance of each subsidiary and announced the 2021 strategic goal.
Then, the marketing representatives of EA chassis, EA automation EA mould and Great Machinery reported their work and shared their experience. The growth of the marketing business is the best proof of market-oriented operation and the best feedback for the hard work of every staff of EA.
Later, marketing pioneers and marketing team’s "cloud awards" session also brought inspiration and motivation to marketing work in 2020.
At last, Chairman of EA delivered a summary speech. He said: in the coming year, we should focus on high quality customers and fully ensure the effectiveness of performance reward. What’s more, we should increase capital operation and strive for the strategic goal of “gaining more Chinese market and stepping into the world” with cooperation, challenging spirit and innovation.
