On October 18, 2019, Zhang Dehui, chairman of EA, Wu Nan, general manager of EA Chassis, Liu Yong, general manager of EA Stamping and Welding, and other leaders went to BHAP for business cooperation communication activities. The purpose of this exchange is to explore potential cooperation and promote the realization of strategic objectives of both sides. Chen Bao, president of BHAP, received the leaders of our company and attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the two sides reviewed the good strategic cooperation relationship between BAIC group and GW group in vehicle. BHAP is the component part of BAIC group and EA is the component part of GW group. The cooperation between the two sides in the field of parts and components deserves further discussion.
Mr Chen affirmed the course of exchanges and cooperation between the two sides since 2018 which laying a good foundation for the future development. For the capabilities of EA in the fields of chassis system, body system (cold stamping, hot forming), mold production and manufacturing, and production equipment. Mr Chen hoped to have more cooperation opportunities with EA to create business income.
Mr Zhang said at the meeting that the two sides should have more communication and contact, grow together through practical cooperation and deepen strategic cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
